Design & Plan

Once we understand your goals, we work with you to develop a custom design that reflects your style and functional needs. This phase includes floor plans, exterior concepts, and material selections. We also review zoning, lot conditions, and feasibility to ensure the design is both beautiful and buildable.

Budget & Finance

After the design direction is established, we work with you to define a realistic construction budget and financing strategy. We provide transparent cost estimates, review allowances and options, and assist in coordinating with lenders if needed. This step ensures the project is financially aligned before moving forward.

Pre-Construction

We handle the permitting process and coordinate all required approvals with local authorities. During this phase, we finalize construction documents, confirm schedules, and line up trusted subcontractors and suppliers. This ensures a smooth and efficient build once construction begins.

Construction

Your home is built with close attention to quality, safety, and craftsmanship. We manage every phase of construction, coordinate inspections, and keep you informed with regular updates. Our team ensures the project stays on schedule while maintaining high construction standards.

Quality Check

Before completion, we conduct a detailed walkthrough to ensure everything meets our standards and your expectations. Any final adjustments are addressed, and all systems are tested to ensure your home is move-in ready.

Move-In

Once construction is complete, we deliver your new custom home and walk you through its features, systems, and warranties. Our relationship doesn’t end at move-in—we remain available for support and questions as you settle into your new home.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work with a comprehensive warranty program. Each home includes a 1-year builder warranty, a 2-year mechanical warranty covering major systems, and a 10-year structural warranty for long-term peace of mind.
